Restaurants, entertainment and hundreds of shops are at your fingertips, with a short jaunt to town. Bring your shopping home, kick off your shoes and just relax watching the satellite TV or a DVD. We are only 30 minutes from Bloomington, Indiana University, and 45 minutes to Lake Monroe, You will have four (4) acres of complete privacy, and that joins the Brown County State Park, so the natural beauty goes on for quite a distance.
